After taking 6 weeks off training legs I did squats, dead lifts and some calf work....god damn I can not walk, every step is agony but I love it.

I love when my bi's and my quads are sore. Right now my chest and my lats are pretty sore and I'm not complaining.

Hams and lower back from doing SLDL's. Bi's and tri's from weighted dips.
Let me describe the perfect date: I take her out to a nice dinner. She looks amazing. Some guy tries to hit on her... now he wants to fight - so I grab him - I throw him into the jukebox! Then the other ninja’s got a knife, he comes at me, we grapple, I turn his knife on him. Blood on the dance floor. She’s scared now. I take her home. I’m holding her in my arms. I reach in for a kiss... I hear something in the leaves, I flip her around, she gets a poison arrow right in her back. She was in on it the whole time... but I knew...

Traps. I love making such a strong muscle sore. And it takes a hell of a lot anymore.

Weighted dips get your bi's sore , I cant even get my bis sore from curls or CG underhand pullups- or did u mean just ur tris from weighted dips?

Although I hate to do the walking lunges,, the intense pain in my glutes for the next few days is great! Its a toss up between that and chest

I like leg soreness, but I have no problem getting those hookers sore. I really like when anything on my back gets sore though, although it is something I rarely achieve.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
