Dale- ummm we weight train & do cardio :laugh:

Will plays football in the fall on an intramurel team, he played in hig school as well.
I played basketball, figure skated & swam.

BTW, my posting in this thread should not be construed as condoning the use of the word "anyhoo." I firmly believe that this word should NEVER be said or typed. It is the equivalent of saying "cool beans." :)

I'm great. I'm still plugging away at the gym. I should have new edition to the family in the next 9 weeks so we are getting ready for a change. :D Lastly I'm four classes away from earning my MBA. Soooo - life is BUSY!!!!!!

What are you up to? BTW - Your Ab Avatar is awesome :clapping:

Congrats Jen, and you look great btw!!! I don't see the big deal about your husband though...take away 20% of my bodyfat, add another 10lbs in muscle, fix up my face and I'd look just like that too :shrug: :p
