I have a friend who is loading with 30 grams a day for a week. I thought that this was too much. He says there is no documentation of any issues at this dosage. He has been speaking with people that "compete", so I don't think he will listen to me. He then wants to supplement with 20 grams a day for maintenance. He is 35 yrs old and been training for about 1 year. He says the pumps are amazing. Is this ok? Does anyone have a link I can give him or for me if I am wrong?
