Ok i put 1/2 cup of blueberries (frozen) in my morning shake. But i buy them fresh than freeze them and they are expensive. Is it jsut as beneficial to have other berries in there as well? I ask because they have frozen berry mixes, like with cherries and other sorts of berries, or should i search for frozen bluberries?
