By popular demand, I finally have my 235lb pics up

This is for all the non-believers

Also note, I am very bottom heavy, I bench 340, but I SQUAT 500. So the majority of my weight is there.
Im 20. 6'3'' 235 lbs. Want to get to 8% body fat, +315 bench, +500 squat, and reach a weight between 230-240.

Rugby...but I may tryout for football again, I lift more than 95% of our team so I have a good shot.

And yes I made a separate thread, I get bashed all the time b/c no one believes I weigh 235lb.

    Looking real good man.

Well of course people would doubt that you weigh 235 in your old pics, if you only weighed 215....Der!

A good example of what good genetics, anabolics and a big ego will do for you folks.

That's right I almost forgot, huesoloco started using steroids at 18....now that I remember that I am not impressed at all with the pics.

I have a new one but have not kept up with it. I just took 11-12 weeks off all bench/incline and military work, my rotator cuff was about one workout from tearing bad. It feels 90% now so I will do some light push work next week. I am doing push/pull/legs low volume and Medium intensity once a week each.
