i also got the squat up easy(not really really hard) but just like goin down then goin halfway up and then i got stuck i lil bit then i just exploded the bar up ....i didnt try to go any higher tho bc i was already worn out :P
The squats. Olympic style is where the bar sits high on your traps and you use a more narrow stance. PL style calls for the bar to sit on top of your rear delts and you use a wider stance (Relatively speaking).
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
