    Stretching

    What is a good way to warmup most of my muscles to stretch them good?? Like quads, calves, hamstrings, back.
    200lbs @ 5'11 3/4"
    Bench - 170lbs x 2, Conventional Deadlift - 360lbs x 1, ATG Squat - 250lbs x 2
    780lb Total Raw

    CowPimp did a good article on stretching/warming up. I think its a sticky, that might have some useful info for you.

    DAYUM this sucks I can't stretch today because my legs are sore from lifting yesterday

    I stretch when they're sore anyway. Some light stretching while sore is okay. Hell, I train when I'm still sore.
    The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
