Has anyone on here tried the blood type diet and have any feedback to offer??
I dunno much about the the Blood type diet, but I think it doesn't make much sense. Considering almost half of the population is O type. That would mean we should all be low carbing it. While a good percentage of the rest of the population are Type A and should be pretty much Vegetarians.
Try different diets, and see what works for you and what you are best able to stick to.
