add more legs. don't just do squats or sldls in a day, do a few different movements in a day, just like with your upper body.

    one day you might do
    squats
    deadlifts
    lunges

    another you'd do

    step-ups
    sldl's
    ass to grass squats

or something like that. aside from that it looks fine to me.

i'd also throw another kind of back movement in there. make sure your push and pull movements are balanced.

I just got a small question and it seems like the younger guys do this alot. Why is your bicep work at the beginning of your Friday workout and your tricep work is at the very end? Whenever the tricep makes up 2/3 of your arm I'd be more inclined to do tricep work first. But hey thats just my opinion.

Yeah, it's funny. People seem to really whimp out on the volume with their lower body exercises. It is half your body people, work it like that's the case.

When I do full body workouts I usually pick a lower body push, a lower body pull, an upper body push, and upper body pull, and then a few accessory things.
The only time it's bad to feel the burn is when you're peeing...
