I have just started low reps (6)
I dont seem to get such a burn with less reps and i kindda feel like i should be doing more sets to compensate...i do 3 or 4 depending on the exercise.
What is the norm for adding mass? I also seem to recover much quicker too.
Anyway if i have less burn and less doms am i doing enough?
