Am i doing enough to build mass?

I have just started low reps (6)

I dont seem to get such a burn with less reps and i kindda feel like i should be doing more sets to compensate...i do 3 or 4 depending on the exercise.

What is the norm for adding mass? I also seem to recover much quicker too.

Anyway if i have less burn and less doms am i doing enough?
 
mass=clean bulk + 6-10reps + limited cardio

I completely agree with what you are doing.... :clapping:
2-3 exercises per bodypart,
3-4 sets per exercise
4-6 reps per set

Some like higher reps (8-10), but I get a better response from low reps.
Some will also say to mix it up, higher reps one week, lower reps the next.

The idea is to keep the muscle guessing by shocking/blasting it in different ways (angles, #reps, etc).

And feeling or not feeling the burn/soreness afterwards is not a good indicator of a sucessful blasting.

You training reimine has alot to do with it, but it has more to do with nutrition. You eat for mass you aquire mass.
