6 ounce NY strip steak
2 ounces sliced shetake mushrooms(the e is an i in the shetake mushrooms) wouldn't let me do the proper spelling. Had a bunch of stars)
2 ounces button mushrooms
1/4 teaspoon thyme
1/4 teaspoon rosemary
3 chopped garlic cloves
1 teaspoon margarine
2 ounces whiskey
Grill steak to desired doneness. In the meantime, in a saute pan, heat the margarine and add the garlic. Then add the mushrooms and herbs. Saute lightly over medium high heat for about 1 to 2 minutes. Remove the pan from the heat and carefully add the whiskey. (Be careful not to flame.) Cook for another minute and top steak with sauce.

I thought maybe the stars were because the site thought you were using foul language (I suppose that word could be interpreted as foul). But then I remembered that ranting that Pianomahn did earlier in the week and that killed my theory. Oh well.
