I'm new here, but have been wondering about something for awhile. I've been lifting weights for about a year. In the beginning I ran for 30 minutes as well. However, as of late, I was wondering how much I should be running? I check my heart rate at the end and it's usually around 189 (takes about 20 seconds to get it) I usually run for 30 minutes on a treadmill with a hill interval setting at 7.5 MPH. I want to add some size (not too much) and get cut. I also do Muay Thai and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu during the week (probably around 6 days/week). Right now I'm 5' 8", 150 lbs. Thanks.
