    how fast does your body digest food? is there food that is faster digested than other?

    how fast? Totally depends on the food and your own personal biology.

    think rule of thumb is that ur body can use 30g of protein and 50g of carbs every 3-4 hours

    You can use fat and fiber to slow down gastric emptying.
