Its a little different then i have done before...any advice, or ideas or suggestions on what i should change will be helpful...

1/3 cup Oatmeal with handful of raisins
1 scoop whey protein
24oz of Water
11:00am
Protien Bar (40 30 30 Zone Perfect- about 210 calories)
1 fat free yogurt or 1 Apple
24oz of Water
1:30pm
Turkey Sandwich -( whole wheat bread and 5-6 oz turkey or chicken breast slices)
w/ Tomato and Lettuce
1/3 Cup of Almonds
24oz of Water
3:30pm
Protein shake (1 packet)
24oz of Water
6:00pm
1 fat free chicken breast (nothing on it, just plain)
1 potato (no butter or sour cream, just plain)
Assorted Greens w/ Olive Oil
24oz of Water
8:00pm
1 scp Whey Protein
1/2 Cup 2% Cottage Cheese
24oz of Water
I am 210 right now, aiming for the 185ish mark
