Ok, directions on my creatine mono bottle, its from scitec or somethign
loading phase, first week, take your body weight divided by 6.
(which means im 178-180 than, i have to taek 30 g for first week)
than take one half of that for maintenance, which means 15 g daily. Now is that too much or is this the original direction for mono?
Loading phase is not really all that affective. You will be fine just using the 15 or less.
