    torn mensiscus






    Just had an MRI the other day and found out that I have a torn meniscus If anyone knows of good exercises to strengthen this area before and after surgery, please tell me. Also, which exercises should I avoid on a permenant basis?

    avoid seated leg extensions for the rest of your life.

    Whatever you do dont let scar tissue build up. If u competely stop workin out scar tissue will from and its hell from there.

    pssshhhh...it'll neveer happen. I have a contest in August Ive been training what will be two years for.

    Just curious, what do you think tore it? Training related injury or some other event in everyday life?
