Eggs and organ meats are really the only alternatives I can think of with DHA
I'm looking for a good source of DHA that isn't from fish oil. The ole' lady's OBGYN wants her on it. I found some at vitaminshoppe, but I'm wondering if anyone has any other suggestions for quality and affordable non fish sources.
There are varying seeds that give you DHA, I'll get some sources for you in a bit I'm not at home right now. Are you vegetarian?

The OBGYN gave her gel caps that are pure DHA. I just noticed they are "by RX only". I'm looking for a DHA supplement that doesn't have fish oil.
A similar question came up on another thread I was reading recently. Someone posted this link: http://www.vegetarian-dha-epa.co.uk/
It may have some info for you?
