Last week i completed my first 10 mile race in a time of 80 mins 55 secs which i was very pleased with as i had set myself a target of 90 mins. I have entered another 10 miler in january and would obviously like to better my time. 8 min 5 secs was my average mile time and i know that i could push myself more but the question is especially to the other runners what do you think is feasable time wise without over doing it and completly burning myself out...??
