My partner is going to enter a radiology / medical imaging program at a hospital. They do drug tests on all applicants. What do you think the chances are that they would be testing for AAS?

They should have told him what they will be looking for, but steroid testing is very expensive so I am not really sure. Maybe someone else who might know a little more about that than I do will chime in.
I doubt they will unless they suspect something.
I'm guessing the odds are someone around 0.
