Do you guys here have recovery seesions at all?

apparently deep water running and other cold-water pool exercises are pretty good. But i never tried.

anyone care to contribute more?
 
i try and sit in the hot tub 2x's a week.

Goalgetter does running in the hot tub for recovery.
