I had posted this probably in the wrong section before but here it goes.
2 burgers only meat ketchup bun, chips 2 packets of oatmeal, maybe another burger. Sometimes if I'm not out of powder I throw in some soy protein. Normally a dr pepper each day.
I'm 23 5'8 120 lbs, been this way since high school I know this diet is pretty bad for me and it doesn't cause me to gain anything at all. I'm damn skinny but I've got good tone and my workouts are going good, but I know I should not only workout but be trying to gain as well.
Anyone have suggestions for my diet "no eggs" "no milk"?
