What are all you fellow healthy eaters and dedicated trainers doing to NOT go overboard this fine Superbowl Sunday?
I will limit myself to the amount of wine I drink as well as try to stay away from the simple carbs. I WILL be eating lots of meat though. And it just so happens I haven't had a cheat meal since last Sunday... soooo, I do have some headroom for "fun".
What's your deal?
