Pre-cardio in the morning

    Pre-cardio in the morning

    would u guys recommend me doing cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach, or take 5g of glutamine and 5g of BCAA's first?

    I would be doing cardio about 9am and my last meal b4 that would be about midnight which would be 20-30g of casein protein with EFA's.

    Also would u recommend me taking BCAA's with my final meal of the day to help prevent muscle breakdown during the overnight fast.

    Cheers Jodi and this would apply even to low intensity cardio for about 30-40 mins?

    Also would glutamine and BCAA's be a better option if I wanna maximise fat loss and what about adding BCAA's to my bedtime shake?
