would u guys recommend me doing cardio first thing in the morning on empty stomach, or take 5g of glutamine and 5g of BCAA's first?
I would be doing cardio about 9am and my last meal b4 that would be about midnight which would be 20-30g of casein protein with EFA's.
Also would u recommend me taking BCAA's with my final meal of the day to help prevent muscle breakdown during the overnight fast.
