If I were to take one of these products with my other supplements, would it get rid of or reduce the effects of my weight lifting products?

Not unless you are using your creatine, whey, multi-vite, fishoil caps as suppositories???? Just wait 6-8 hrs after taking your supps to do that...

Probably not, but it can fuck up electrolytes and lower good bacteria so aid probiotics after wards if it has certain herbs in it (senna, buckthorn, ect) if it is just a fiber then it can bind with some minerals if taken in excess or to close to them
