Sounds good to me frank. I myself have never gotten that involved with counting % intake. I just make sure there's little saturated fat in what I eat and that I have at least 30-40 grams of protein with 35-45 grams of carbs per meal with 6 meals a day. Take flaxseed oil and natty PB for fats.
