Hello Guys and Gals;
It is great to introduce myself and get aquanted with other members of this website. I started BB when I was 13 years old and lifted regular for 9 years. I got married and started a family and the rest was history. The kids are in their teen years and we are members of our local YMCA. I have been back lifting regularly for over a year and have seen some great gains. I weigh 185 now and am 5' 8" and wish to build some great mass and cut up over the summer months.
I am currently working with a split routine:
Chest/Shoulder/Triceps/Cardio 30 min
Major muscle groups I am doing 15-20 sets
Minor muscle groups 9-12 sets
