Allo, I am 16 years old and 2 years ago I weighed 223lbs but then my brothers and I all put in $50 in a pot and we each had 5 months to lose weight and the one that lost the biggest % won. I ended up winning now weighing 153 so thats 70 pounds. The reason I made this thread was because I need help with my diet I am on a three-day workout routine and I do not understand what I need to eat, all I want to do is keep my body fat down while increasing lean body mass.
This is an example of what all I do on a normal training day.
7:00 Wakeup: 1 scoop of BSN Cell-Mass
7:20: 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 2 scoops of Isopure Zero Carb brand Protein shake
12:00-12:30: 2 turkey or chicken sandwiches in 2 100% whole wheat english muffins
3:10 : 3 Scoops of BSN No-Xplode
3:40 : Weight Train
4:25 : 1 Scoop of BSN Cell-Mass
4:50 : 1 Chicken Breast with a side of either Brown Rice or Corn.
6:30 : Ab Workout or 20 minute Cardio
7:00 : 2 scoops of Isopure Zero Carb Protein shake
9:00 : finish the day off with 1 cup of Oatmeal
Please give my advice if you have any.
