    Diminishing gains while cutting?

ive been on a cut for a little of 2 months, drop alot of weight with little loss in(LBM), or so i hope. Started at 205 on cycle, currently at 176(on nothing) im also 5'8" to put it in perspective. i didnt take my bf% when i was on cycle but im guessing around 13% while holding alot of water. Currently im at 9.3. My question is when will the loss in BF slow down and a loss in LBM be on the up swing? Idealy id like to be around 5% during the summer but dont want 2 risk losing more LBM than I have to. Is there some area of diminishing returns while on a cut?

i did some math and i should have around 16.36 lbs of fat and 159.64lbs of LBM and water(dont know how to isolate water weight). what would an ideal rate of lose of fat to LMB be on a cut? if im cutting to fast i want to slow it down to consever LBM

I have always used 1lb per week as a guideline for weight loss, but as you get down to single digits that amount decreases.

ya that seems right, does loss of LBM increase as BF gets lower? or is this one of the cases where there is no real answer

Too many variables to say one way or the other.
