Hey folks,

I'm 30, 6.1 190 lbs and trying to cut about 10-15lbs.

Currently I do 22 minutes on the elliptical each morning before breakfast, and then another 22 later in the evening. (burn around 600 cal total a day)

I workout out every 2 or 3 days and split between the following

day 1

Chest:
chest press 3 sets (10, 8, 6)

Incline press (same)

Dips 2 sets to failiure

Biceps:

Pullups to failiure
barbell curl 3 sets (10, 8, 6)

Day 2

Back

Lat pull downs 3 sets (10,8,6)
Bent over row 3 sets (10,8,6)
Lever Seated high row 3 sets (10,8,6)
Bent over row 3 sets (10,8,6)

Triceps

Skullcrushers 3 sets (10,8,6)
Cable Pushdown 3 sets (10,8,6)
Kickback 3 sets (10,8,6)


Can anyone comment on this workout routine. Should I add, take anything away.

I know I should probably do some quats but I do the elliptical everyday.

My diet is in good order.
 
Doing eliptical or not you should always include your legs into your routine.
