Dark Chocolate...

In small amounts dark chocolate (75-99%) can have great health benefits. It's full of flavanoids, antioxidants and magnesium. I would do more than 1 small bar a week though as it is still chocolate. If you aren't cutting, then by all means, have some dark chocolate in moderation.

As far as being more anabolic than meat..........well, that's a big fat long shot.
