Alright, the reason I ask is because I've been hooked on the energy drink Full Throttle. I know the sugar triggers an insulin response, but I'm an ectomorph and I could eat a suger diet and still not gain any weight, so I was wondering about the caffeine. Thanks.
No! Caffeine is the best thing known to human kind. Caffeine is good for fitness, and bodybuilding as long as you use common sense. Eating 10 energy pills is bad. Drinking a strong cup of coffee before working out is good.
