My family and I are heading up to Wisconsin for a few days. We are able to bring a big cooler for waters and such. The only problem is I won't have a refrig. for 2 days, just the cooler. I have started a list of the foods im going to bring along with me. I need more suggestions on what exactly I should bring to stay on track with my diet.
- whey PP
- casein PP
- flax plus
- no fat bagels
- fat free yogurt (not sure if cooler will keep it nice and good)
- baby carrots (good in cooler?)
I want to bring other stuff but I just don't think it being a cooler will keep it legit and edible. Any suggestions/ideas would be huge!
