I only have a bar and some interchangeable plates right now. here is what i do, not including warm up sets...

monday: military press 1 set of 10-12 ///15 second rest/// 1 set of 2
bent rows 1 set of 10-12 ///15 second rest/// 1 set of 2
overhead squats 2 sets of 10-12
curls 1 set of 10-12
standing french press 1 set of 10-12

wednesday: same


friday: same

i have been military pressing the same weight/reps now for about a week/ a week and a half.

i really want to increase my strength on this lift. anyone see any weaknesses in my current routine? is there a better way to train for shoulder strength? i only have a barbell. thanks all!
