I need powerful foods. For energy. I hear Vitamin B-5 and B-4 are good stimulators of energy. What else is good for energy?
Slow release carbs (oatmeal, brown rice sweet potatoes etc etc etc), fruit and veggies

OK so Oatmeal and I have infinite power???? I doubt it. When I eat steak and blueberries I feel better than that. Come on give me something better.
