when you walk into the nutrition section of a wal-mart or other places there are so many different herbs out there ( ie. blueberry extract, msm, st johns wart etc ).
Are any of these worth while? I take a multivitamin and Salmon oil but there is so much other stuff.
Ideally I want something to fix my knees, or make me smarter but i dont think that is actually going to happen.
Just curious about your views.
