Why is caffeine always mixed with our preworkout formulas?
Why is it? Almost all preworkout supplements focus on NO2 and caffeine, maybe some creatine, and some other random crap. I thought caffeine restricts blood flow/cell volume, so wouldn't it be horrible to take with arginine and creatine. Actually, wouldn't it be horrible to take before lifting regardless? It's great before cardio, but can anybody defend taking it as a pre workout supp with all the others?
