I was lifting yesterday at the gym and I see one of my friends come in with 2 of his cousins. He is really strong...my age but can clean 250lbs and bench over 275lbs. So Im not questioning that what he was doing was wrong. I just wanna know what he was doing. He got a barbell and 2 dumbells. He layed on a bench and did 10 reps of tricep extensions. Then immediately without resting he did benchpressing with that same barbell for 10 more reps. Then got up and immediately started curling for 10 reps. What was he doing? Endurance training?
