im about 6ft. 160lbs and i started workin out on febuary 1st. started out at about 150lbs. my bench started as 160 and now is 205. is this decent results?? idk thanx for any input!....

what is your training program like?
I think you could have made more gains than that in 7 months, provided your training was sound and your diet was on.
