I am taking a class called "Foods of the World" which is a general elective and basically we get to learn several dishes, ingredients, cooking styles, etc .. and most importantly, try different kinds of foods from countries such as Africa, Japan, Italy, Poland and so forth. My teacher is a chef for Wegman's which is one of the top family-owned grocery stores in some parts of the Northeast. If some of you have been there, you would know what i mean.
I have a presentation coming up soon and my topic was to discuss the key ingredients, customs, preparations, cooking style, etc.. of an African food called "fufu". I was just wondering if any of you who have had it before and/or are knowledgeable with African food can provide some helpful info.
It's basically a short, 5-7 minute presentation on powerpoint explaining what fufu is all about and how it's made and so forth.
I'd appreciate the help
