Hi everyone! I am 160 pounds.. over the next 8 months i plan to dedicate myself to eating well and working out efficiently! i hope to gain 20 pounds and be as lean and cut as I can be
The problem is... i see so many different work out routines and diets I have no idea which one would be best for me!
should I take any supplements? what type of meal plan suits my goals?
