I am 5'11. 202 lbs. trying to get down to 180-185. I take 100% Gold Standard Whey protein, 1 a day solaray multivitamin, trac. should i take creatine if im trying to lose pounds????

MONDAY Legs....:
Squats 5 x 6-10
Leg Press 3 x 10
Leg Extensions 3 x10
Barbell Lunges 3 x 12
calf raises 3 x 15
20 min run on treadmill

Tuesday Chest/tri:
Bench 3 x 8-12
Incline 3 x 8-12
Dumbell Flys 3 x 10
cable fly 3 x 10
Dips 3 x 8-12
overhead dumbell extension 3 x 8-12
Overhead tricep extension (rope) 3x10
skullcrusher 3x12
abs

Wednesday OFF but i run 3 miles and do abs

Thursday SHOULDERS:
BARBELL Military Press 3 x 10
Arnold Press 3 x 10
45 lb plate front raise 3 x 10
dumbell side shoulder raises 3 x 10
cable side shoulder raises 3 x 10
shrugs 3 x 10
run 20 mins on treadmill

Friday Back / BI
Romanian Dead lift 2 x 6-8
Stiff legged Dead Lift 2 x 6-8
power clean 2 x 6-8
barbell bent over row 3 x 10
pull downs 3 x 10
dumbell hammer curls 3 x 8
barbell curls 3 x 8-12
Seated dumbell curl on incline bench - 3 x 8 reps
drop set curl on cable 5 reps on each weight 100 - 40
abs

i think i go a little overboard...
