I regularly drink the low carb rockstars (blue can). They seem to have a ton of B vitamins in them. They also contain green tea extractives. They also have a long list of ingredients I can't pronounce (Acesulfane potassium, niacinamide, calcium pantothenate, pyrodoxine, hydrochloride) . Are there any potential long term side effects from these? I drink 1 to 2 daily, and they really kick me in the ass (240 mg caffiene per can).
Any one else drink these? Are they safe to drink daily?
