wanna drop 10lbs by dec 31 to properly fit a tux i bought. I need to lose weight anyway as my bulk got out of control. i'm 215ish now, should be 200 or so, want to drop 10 by new years eve.
i actually want to lose muscle mass on my legs as they got so big none of my pants fit, so i'm going to do cardio jogging, as opposed to HIIT, early in the morning on empty stomach, hopefully 5 days/ week.
for lifting what should i do? overall body workouts 3 times weekly? do i avoid legs altogether since i want to lose mass or do i do really light workouts? if light lifting, which exercises, how many reps?
