    Crash diet; workout plan?

wanna drop 10lbs by dec 31 to properly fit a tux i bought. I need to lose weight anyway as my bulk got out of control. i'm 215ish now, should be 200 or so, want to drop 10 by new years eve.

i actually want to lose muscle mass on my legs as they got so big none of my pants fit, so i'm going to do cardio jogging, as opposed to HIIT, early in the morning on empty stomach, hopefully 5 days/ week.

for lifting what should i do? overall body workouts 3 times weekly? do i avoid legs altogether since i want to lose mass or do i do really light workouts? if light lifting, which exercises, how many reps?

One #of body fat = 3500ish cal. If you jog for 1 hr you could burn 350-400cal. So 5hrs a day(ish) of cardio for you.

Why blow $$$$$ on a tux that doesn't even fit correctly??

Preserve the muscle, It takes hard work and time to just waste it for the sake of a bit of clothing. Why dont you sell your current tux, it would've never been worn? Then go to a tailor and get another one made up properly with your correct measurements. Or rent a nice one.

If you are serious about dropping the weight, if you haven't already, stop taking creatine. Dont go stupid and eat too far under with your cals, otherwise you will ruin your metabolism for a while. A fair bit of that would be water weight, so eat 500 under maintenence cals, and throw in some HIIT. At first weight loss is normally fairly rapid.
