do not supplement protein
Just trying to get an idea of what others' protein supplementing habits are, especially since this little habit of mine is beginning to get costly...

Hey Stew - It depends with me... if I'm diligent with it,, I always take protein after my workout.. and when I'm cutting, I always take at least 40 grams before bed.
Other than that, it's all in food. And yeah,, it is costly
