    Arrow basics

    what are the basic foods i should be eating.if you had to make a grocery list.whether its to get big or still have to eat clean right.or if there is two seperate list to get big or lean.what do those grocery list look like?fellas

    You mean there's something other than chicken?

    Seriously though, while I'm sure many would disagree, I'd say just eat clean and vary your calories for building or cutting. Doesn't matter what you eat if you eat too much and it doesn't matter what you eat if you don't eat enough.

    I'll vary my ratio between protein, fats and carbs but I don't eat different foods as such.
