    training split

I was reading P-funk and cowpins post on training splits. I didn't see anything on training one bodypart each day in a five day split, such as my workout which is chest, legs, delt and traps, cardio, back, arms, rest. I don't count cardio as a lifting day. Anybody have and input on this pro or cons.

Because you shouldn't workout that way. Focus on push/pull/legs.
