    tips for hypertrophy v strength

To anybody with experiance, would you be so kind as to offer me some pointers as to what makes a routine more focused on pure hypertrophy as opposed to strength gains for a lifter in the upper beginner to intermediate level?

    Many thanks

A caloric surplus and enough intensity to stimulate hypertrophy. There are a tonne of ways to acheive that intensity. Some people prefer higher volume others prefer less volume and more intensity like HIT. There is no one way to stimulate hypertrophy.

If you arent in a caloric surplus, though, it doesnt matter what you do - you wont put on a gram of muscle.

Stereotypically: high reps, long TUT (30-120s), short RI, high volume.
