Hello just a quick question. I ve been workingout for a few years. I have a clean diet and great workout and have went from 172 to 197 without any help other then diet and workout. But have been wanting to maybe get up to about 225. come down to a lean 210 if possible. I ve come across some test deca and winstrol. thought about taking 1cc of test then 1/2cc of deca twice a week on mon then thur. then maybe doing the winstrol a little later with some test. was just wondering how i should do the winstrol. Its is injectble wondering on the dose amount and how often. i no its often so i ve heard of people taking it oraly. any help would be nice thanks guys.
