Hi all i'd like to introduce myself
I work at a refinary in Western Australia.
I like to work out 5 days week. Which includes 3 days free weights 1 day PUMP and a Power walk on the 5th day.
I'm down to 13% fat and trying to put on as much muscle as possible.
Ive been working out for at least 3 years now and im finding harder and harder to put on more muscle.
But i've found introducing the PUMP class has helped getting over some hurdles.
Also the new purchased MP3 player gives me better motivation to go hard.
Any better go
